The Division | Best way to get better loot permanently (Scavenging Boost Perk) Get more High-End and Superior Gear
The scavenging boost is one of these things in the game that are not really well explained through the title of the perk. If you go in your inventory/character and scroll all the way down, you can see your scavenging boost percentage.
This will up your chances of finding more and better loot in your game. Especially when you reach level 30 and the endgame, you want as much valuable gear as you can get since you can sell or deconstruct if for crafting items.
